Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an Orbit account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed to your account address.

2. The Service

Orbit is a software platform that connects Philippine-market vending machines to PayMongo for QR Ph cashless payments. You bring your own PayMongo merchant account; Orbit does not hold customer funds.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password and PayMongo credentials secure.
• One business per tenant account. Multiple machines per tenant are fine.
• You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your business.

4. Fees

Subscription fees are billed annually per machine at the tier you select. A Platform Service Fee (0.3%–1.0% depending on tier) is deducted from settled transactions. PayMongo's own processing fee (currently 1.5% on QR Ph) is separate and goes to PayMongo, not Orbit.

5. Trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial on the selected plan. No credit card is required to start. If you don't activate a paid subscription before the trial ends, your account moves to a read-only state.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't use Orbit for anything illegal in the Philippines, don't attempt to bypass machine caps, and don't reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other tenants at risk.

7. Liability

Orbit is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but to the extent permitted by law our total liability is capped at fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You can cancel any time from Settings. Non-payment past the grace period results in suspension. On termination we retain transaction records as required by Philippine law.
